Our Return Policy at Arabian Jewellers:

Before returning your items, please ensure you are aware of our full terms and conditions,  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all site policies, terms and conditions are read and understood prior to making a purchase with Arabian Jewellers. 

If the consumer does not agree to the terms, it is recommended that they do not enter into a legally binding contract (example the purchase).

All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and seals intact (if applicable) within 5 days from date of delivery.

– Any goods or garments that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer, in accordance with our site policy and Indian Consumer Law.

If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product.

If customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in a right condition, still we provide refunds for the product, but return shipment charge has to be borne by the customer.

Unstitched Materials, Lingerie Items, Lungis & other non-readymade clothing item returns not accepted.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing :

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked if it is the right /unused/undamaged product. If any of the above conditions are not met, the field or courier company executive will refuse to accept the return.

The seller will process any refund once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Return it via courier collection:

You may contact our Customer Care by sending an email to contact@shopfiesta.co.in within 24hrs of having received the product and request a return/exchange (As per the policy mentioned above). We shall arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier and shall process the return/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.

For returns through courier collection; you will be given a docket number at the time of collecting the products, which is to be retained for future reference.

In the event that the return does not comply with the return policy of the HomeTown, you will not be entitled to any replacement or refund of the sums already paid to HomeTown and HomeTown reserves the right to withhold the sums already received.

How do I make a Return?  

SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO SUBMIT A RETURN AT contact@arabianjeweller.com(PLEASE ENTER # BEFORE YOUR ORDER NUMBER E.G. Order #000000)

If a return is received and not approved or doesn’t meet our T&C’s we will contact the customer immediately and provide more details as to the denied return.

– We aim to process any return within 7 business days of your parcel arriving to us, however please allow up to 10 business days. We advise to keep a record of any tracking numbers for returns. We cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

How will you be refunded?

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition. The refund shall be in the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s), in proper and original nature. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in some cases it may take a few extra days for the funds to be credited to your account, once we refund the amount.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
